Bob was raised in Long Island, before moving to Central New York to attend Eisenhower College. Bob fell in love with the area, eventually moving to Syracuse’s Strathmore neighborhood with his wife and raising his two sons there. Bob has over 45 years experience in construction management and carpentry, and founded Curtin and Hadzor in 1989 with his business partner Jerry Curtin.
Bob manages high end custom interior packages and specializes in trim carpentry.
He is an avid road biker and triathlete, and lives with his wife in LaFayette in a custom home he designed and built himself.

Wes grew up in the Strathmore neighborhood of Syracuse, and graduated from Christian Brothers Academy. He then attended college at the Milwaukee School of Engineering, earning a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology. Wes has over 25 years of experience working as a carpenter, specializing in trim carpentry and custom furniture and cabinetry. He has worked throughout the United States, in cities like Los Angeles, CA, New Haven, CT, and Millbrook, NY. He relocated back to Syracuse in 2008 to work for Curtin and Hadzor, and was made partner in 2015.
Wes manages a variety of projects, ranging from trim installation to custom home builds, in addition to providing carpentry services.
When he is not working, Wes enjoys mountain biking, hiking and spending time with his wife and children.
